Returns and Final Sale: For our personalized + sewn products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customizable feature of each product. Discounted items are final sale. For items that are designed, we offer returns up to 15 days after your item is delivered. To start a return, email katiesmithinfo@gmail.com.

Quality Assurance: Each product is carefully inspected before it reaches you. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
